To be successful in medical outreach, it is important to make a plan. Growing the number of referrals or maintaining a good relationship with the hospitals in your territory doesn’t happen automatically. It requires a lot of effort, and the more well thought through the activity is, the more effective it will become.
That is why it is important to have someone or a team who is dedicated to focusing on medical outreach and on making a plan.
To give you some examples of how plans can be made, we have added two sample strategy plans and a sample budget document to this section. We have also added an implementation plan to give you an idea on how to implement a Medical Outreach strategy.
